All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available, delivery times and customs fees may vary depending on destination.
